TAGAYTAY Adventure

First stop, Casino Filipino. We weren't there to gamble though, we just visited the place because we have to meet some friends there and to have dinner together. The food was great, I had beef broccoli, garlic mushroom, seafood platter  and java rice. The place was cozy, the ambiance was really nice. During dinner time, a  jazz band played music for us. They would go around and sing for every table. We even got the chance to request songs  from them, and my friend who enjoyed the songs, gave them a hefty tip. It was a dining experience I will  never forget and I will go back to that place again.

When we went out to go to our hotel, It was really foggy. I really love Tagaytay weather. It's cold outside and it even rained but that didn't stop us to have a few picture ops  outside the establishment.

Our hotel was just a  few meters away, and the thing I loved most about it was the view. It was surrounded by pine trees and has a lot of amenities. I love their cafeteria.

Here is a  picture of me on the cafeteria, and a picture of the view from our suite's window,on a foggy morning.By the way, the name of the hotel is Taal Vista. Nice place.
We decided to go to People's Park the following morning. Funny thing I'll never forget that day was when I looked for a store that sells slippers because I can't ride the horse wearing my 3-inch tall sandals. The only slipper available back then that fits me was a red and white polka dot indoor slippers. Yes. made of cloth. lol. So I had no choice but to wear those. They eventually became soggy and wet because at the time we went there, little did we know that there's a prevalent storm. But we can't afford to waste our time and even though it's chilling cold, and the rain was hard, we rode our horses and went to the mountains overlooking Taal Volcano. Mind you, we brought along a bottle of rhum and we had  shots along the way to combat the chilling weather.lol.  Here is
a  picture of us on the horse. After  horse back riding, we decided to eat lunch at  Josephine restaurant. When we arrived at the place, it was full of customers, and there was a long queue outside waiting for vacant  tables. Well, we just waited an hour, but it's worth it.We had  bulalo, seafood platter, and fried rice. Our stomach was full and our energy regained, off we  went again to stroll leisurely outside.
