PETS :D

This dog with me in the picture was given by a Korean friend. His name was Tongke. I never bothered to ask what Tongke means in Korean. He was a hairy   black and white mongrel, and he loves chewing on  anything. I remembered a time when I was surfing the net and chatting with a long lost friend, when suddenly the connection went off. I  panicked because I barely see that friend   go   online, and we're having a really good conversation. I wondered what's wrong until I heard this dog making noises. Sort of a grunt. Then I saw him. He was chewing on the internet cable. I really cried in frustration. I can't say he's hungry because I just fed him a couple of minutes ago, and his chew hide lays beside him. He was a total chaos. He chewed  the slippers, the sofa, the carpet, he even killed  two rabbits! Oh, that little pest. But he makes it up by always cuddling next to me and being playful. Well, that's the way it is, I can't blame him. I just forgive him for being sooo sooo cute.

The rabbit I told you a while ago that Tongke killed were these little bunnies. I bought them when they were  three weeks old. The pair roamed around the house freely, and  easily  got along with Tongke. Little did I know, Tongke was jealous everytime I pet those two bunnies. Since they never made a noise even when hurt, I never knew that Tongke was literally chewing on them. I just saw them lying on the floor, lifeless, and wet with the dog's saliva. My knees went weak and I couldn't eat for a week because of the blame I had to take for not watching over them. I punished Tongke by putting him in  his cage for a few days. Since then, I never had the courage to buy bunnies anymore because I'm too irresponsible to have one.  This wasn't my first time having rabbits though, I've had a pair before who died of old age. I wish I still have their pictures. They're brown and gray, and very huge, almost as large as a house cat.

Then came the interest in having a fish for a pet. Actually it's my boyfriend's but I considered it as my own since I also took care of it. It was a flower horn given by a friend, and is greatly treasured in the house because of the belief that it brings good luck (according to chinese fortune) My boyfriend named him 420, (four-twenty) well, I'll let you do the research on the origin of the name, lol  and It almost overgrew its tank. having a fish as a pet is  a bit boring for me because I like it more if the pet could interact with me. I just found out that I'm not a fish person. I love 420 though, because he used to liven up the room because of his color and he was always  a conversation piece, being pure bred, which is quite expensive nowadays if you plan on buying one. He  also died , and a day before that, I managed to take a picture of him. He was just floating for two days, and just died. Some say it's because he reached his full maturity. I don't know the life expectancy of a flower horn. 420 was just two years old when he passed away.
Then came these two mongrels by the name of Kris, the girl, and Leoville, the boy. Funny names right? Originally, they're not mine.  A close friend of mine was their initial owner, and these puppies were given to her during their anniversary. Eventually, they broke up, and because she doesn't want to remember him anymore, she gave the dogs to me. I didn't bother  to change their names because   it would be  confusing for  them since they already  learned how to respond to their old names already. These two are poop machines. They'd poop everywhere at any given time, as long as they felt the urge to poop. Before, I'd let them run freely indoors,  but any potty training won't really teach them how to do it properly. So I decided to put them in a cage for a little while, until they  are potty trained. These two are adorable though, but they are very hard to bathe because they are really afraid of water.     Meet Cyrus. A male pomeranian who is currently my pet. I have problems with this cute fellow. he is not yet neutered so it is always my dilemma  to find him a bitch. ( a girl dog is a bitch right?)  He actually has a partner, Cyris  but she is too small  for Cyrus. I plan to have him neutered by next month so he will stay behaved and won't bother wailing all day for me to give him a girl. The thing I love about these pomeranian is that they love water so much. they always look forward to having a bath =)
